First Aid Interventions is a leading provider of  Medical Emergencies and Mandatory Training for Dental Practices.  All the training provided is based on the Resuscitation Council (UK) latest guidelines.

By Law, under the Health and Social care Act, 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Regulation 18, providers must have sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, competent, skilled and experienced staff to meet the needs of the people using the service at all times. The General Dental Council (GDC) states that all dental professionals are required to take part in CPD to maintain their registration and meet current GDC standards.

Included in these CPD requirements it is recommended that dental staff complete:
Medical Emergencies training – 10 hours per 5-year cycle, preferably 2 hours per year.

All of the courses we have on offer can be combined into a bespoke teaching session to meet your specific training needs at the surgery.

Training is based on a maximum of 12 candidates per session as per Resuscitation Council UK guidelines and we are able to deliver training at your place of work or at one of our venues at a time that is suitable to yourselves such as lunchtimes, evenings or weekends. We will endeavour to accommodate your training needs wherever possible.

On completion of any training we issue individual certificates which count towards verifiable CPD.
Our training will be of the highest standard, delivered by a highly trained qualified professional.
We are an authorised iPAD Automated External Defibrilator (AED) Distributor and should you require any information and advice regarding AEDs or you are considering replacing your existing AED, please contact us on 01234 870862 or 07793531197.
